FOR SUPPLIERS / EVIDENCE HANDOFF

Make the evidence handoff clear.

Meet a Buyer’s evidence request with the right model, document and source context. A well-scoped response is more useful than another unconnected file.

YOUR WORKFLOW, MORE SPECIFIC

A handoff your team can stand behind.

Keep who supplied the evidence separate from who manufactured the Product. Show the document’s actual scope, not an inferred relationship.

01

Electronics manufacturers

THE FRICTION

Different Buyers ask for different evidence without clear model scope.

IN MEGASCOPIC

Review the exact requested model, market and document category.

A focused handoff from a manufacturer’s documentation to the Buyer’s question.
02

Exporters

THE FRICTION

The Supplier response needs to retain the original manufacturer and Product identity.

IN MEGASCOPIC

Keep commercial relationships separate from manufacturer facts.

A traceable response without misrepresenting who made the Product.
03

Trading companies

THE FRICTION

Several source documents can refer to related products or revisions.

IN MEGASCOPIC

Attach documents to the selected request item; do not infer scope from filenames.

Fewer ambiguous handoffs between documentation and sourcing teams.
04

Documentation teams

THE FRICTION

A file was submitted, but the Buyer still needs clarification.

IN MEGASCOPIC

Use the same request context to provide a clearer source and retain receipts.

A visible response lifecycle; submission is not mistaken for fulfillment.
YOUR EXISTING WORKFLOW

Prepare. Submit.
Clarify when needed.

Set up Supplier identity, Products, optional models and recorded target markets. Respond through registered Supplier requests or a valid scoped public handoff.

Not four words for the same state.

Requested → Viewed → Submitted → Needs clarification → Fulfilled are distinct lifecycle meanings. A submission can remain under review; it does not create verified evidence or a Buyer Assessment entitlement.

03 / BUYER + SUPPLIER, IN CONTEXT

Better questions.
Better evidence.

Work across company boundaries without losing the thread. One product, one request, a clear review state.

The buyer sees that no declaration is linked for CAM-X240. Missing does not mean failed.

A CLEARER PICTURE

Questions, answered.

Is a Supplier always the manufacturer?

No. Manufacturer identifies the party recorded for the Product; Supplier describes a commercial or evidence-sharing relationship. A trading company or exporter must not be silently substituted for the manufacturer.

Do I need a new account for every evidence request?

The implemented workflows include registered Supplier responses and scoped public-token handoffs. A valid public link can allow a document response without registration. A valid request link grants only the scoped handoff, not general access to a workspace.

Start with a product. Follow the evidence.
