What counts as one Assessment?
The commercial proposal allocates an Assessment to a product’s reviewed identity, target-market requirements and available evidence. Exact credit-consumption rules are not enforced on the marketing website. The Product and its assessment generation remain distinct records.
What happens when credits run out?
The proposed plans have the assessment allocations shown above. There is no active balance, credit deduction, automatic charge or subscription lock on this page. Additional Assessment prices are not specified; discuss the required volume with us.
Can I upload additional documents?
The existing workflow can attach more evidence to the same Product and model. The PDF, image and request allowances shown here are proposed limits, not proof of commercial enforcement. Receiving another file does not automatically verify it or improve readiness.
What is a Reassessment?
A reassessment evaluates the current confirmed facts and explicitly linked evidence. Changed inputs can produce a new retained generation; identical inputs do not need a duplicate generation. The previous generation and its saved reports remain separate.
How does Supplier access work?
Supplier access is presented as free evidence submission and responses. It does not include a Buyer Assessment entitlement. Existing registered and public-token handoffs keep the Product, request item, submission and receipt connected. Submission is not fulfillment.
Is VAT included?
No. All prices exclude VAT. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Checkout is not implemented or activated on this page, so no tax is calculated or payment collected here.
Can Enterprise customers process thousands of SKUs?
The approved Enterprise marketing range is 100–10,000+ Assessments per month with custom limits and volume-based pricing. This is a commercial proposal, not evidence of a live bulk-processing service or tested throughput. Bulk CSV is planned; integrations and an SLA are optional discussions.
